Sautéed chipirons, flambéed gambas, pressed milk lamb and "homemade" burgers such as the rodeo, the South-Western with foie gras, the fish burger fish and chips style.

Le serveur ( trés jeune) a été très patient avec nous et a pris le temps de nous aider à faire notre choix alors que le restaurant ne desemplissait pas.
Dommage que ce soit si loin de Bayonne car les plats sont bons et généreux et le personnel vraiment au top. Mais on y reviendra !!!
Cuisine toujours aussi délicate et soignée.
