The choice of flavors is vast and original (rhubarb, speculoos...) and the ingredients are almost all of natural origin. Sorbets and ice creams contain pieces of fresh fruit (melon, peach, banana...) depending on the season, which are otherwise frozen at their place of origin (passion fruit, for example). In winter, waffles and hot chocolate provide a comforting break. A true institution!
