The choice of flavors is vast, from chicory to speculoos, and the ingredients are all of natural origin, with a few rare exceptions... The sorbets and ice-cream contain real pieces of fresh fruit (melon, peach, banana...), depending on the season, which are otherwise frozen at their place of origin (passion fruit for example).
