The ambition and philosophy of our brewmasters is to place the ingredients at the heart of the creation process and to let their characteristics express themselves harmoniously. It is to bring more flavors and aromas to the beers. The Anglet brewery develops a wide range of craft beers, ephemeral, permanent and vintage, in cans and bottles. You can find them and taste them in the wine shops of the Basque Country and elsewhere, bars, hotels, restaurants... It is also a range of textiles that you can discover in the store and on the website.

In this precious cellar, you'll discover almost 1,000 references of wines and spirits. Whatever your budget, you'll find a quality wine. Armagnacs, cognacs, whiskies, rums and eaux-de-vie take pride of place in a dedicated area. Discover the various wine-growing regions of France and even abroad, since Vins de Vincent has several references. Passionate winemakers are regularly invited. Organic and biodynamic wines and a selection of beers are on offer, some of them rare. 4 wineries in the Basque Country.

The Vignobles et Découvertes boutique offers a rich selection of wines (over 1,000 references) in its cellar in Anglet and Bayonne. You'll find wines of character, from producers committed to quality: Rhône, Burgundy, Languedoc, Roussillon, Saint-Emilion... but also wines from around the world. Other nectars include whiskies, eaux-de-vie, champagnes and, of course, the local patxaran or Brana pear. The store also organizes oenology and introductory courses for individuals and companies.

For lovers of good taste: Anglet's vibrant 5 Cantons district continues to grow in leaps and bounds with Le Petit Chai wine shop ("little brother" of Le Chai de l'Adour), which complements the high-quality range of shops (Halles de marché, restaurants, bakers, patissiers...). You'll find classic wines and a range of organic wines from all regions of France (including local ones), as well as carefully selected champagnes and spirits to suit all budgets. le Chai de l'Adour offers both conventional and organic wines. The range is growing all the time. Wines from all over the region, carefully selected champagnes, beers and spirits for every budget. Pixte, the Basque aperitif par excellence, can be found in wine shops and delicatessens throughout the Basque Country. A pure beverage from a secret family recipe, developed over half a century, it's an aperitif with notes of cherry, almonds and various touches, but not too sweet, and a subtle blend of red wine and various local spirits. Serve chilled on the rocks, with or without tonic. Also available in rosé and white, which can be ordered directly from the site. Also available in discovery gift boxes.

A warm, friendly establishment, where Jean-Laurent, a brewer by training and passion, welcomes you and advises you with his team. Take a trip into the world of beer that only he knows how to unearth. White, brown, blonde, triple, India Pale Ale, Trappist beers... and the 8' TIZZ-brewers label created with a friend. You can also share and nibble on a "homemade" flammekueche and other sweets over a game of darts, or at a concert, DJ, karaoke or blind test...
