Restaurant with a tropical atmosphere offering dishes inspired by the season and its local diversity

The fine sandy beach of La Madrague, with its famous surfers, is also a gastronomic "spot" far from the clichés of a touristy guinguette! In a tropical atmosphere, with umbrellas and tables on the sand, you'll enjoy daily cuisine featuring seasonal, varied and local produce. You'll be sure to relax with friends and family as you enjoy a selection of platters to share in the evenings (à la carte for lunch and dinner), and inventive cocktails, with or without alcohol, that you won't be able to resist. Opening time and information on L'ARRANTZA

From April to November, open 7 days a week continuously from 8:30 am to 11 pm. Closed on rainy days. Reservation recommended. Menu : about 30 €. Children's menu: 10 €. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, cocktails, sandwiches, salads, paninis. Restaurant voucher. Groups welcome (musical evenings in season, after beach atmosphere). Garden. Terrace. Take away sales. Animations. Bar.

Owner's Message

Established on the Madrague beach in Anglet, the Arrantza is an excellent compromise between tasting good French food, a magnificent view of the ocean and aquatic activities. Its terrace with a tropical atmosphere and its small lounges installed under umbrellas with a straw roof make the difference. On the plate, the chef concocts a cuisine based on fresh products. The cocktails with or without alcohol to be savored with your feet in the sand are not bad either. In short, the perfect spot for a beautiful day at the beach or to admire a wonderful sunset in the evening.

Un cadre incroyable avec une super vue ! La charcuterie est délicieuse et le personnel très sympa. On a hâte que ça réouvre pour y retourner la saison prochaine !
