From starters to desserts, "home-made" is the signature of this restaurant, with a menu renewed weekly and inspired by local and seasonal produce. On the seafood side, with carpaccio of marinated scallops, fish from the Saint-Jean-de-Luz fish auction, ocean risotto cooked in a broth with parmesan. Meat is just as well prepared, with choice cuts: beef burger with foie gras, XL rib-eye steak. Gourmet desserts. Enjoy an aperitif on the terrace.
