Elegance, refinement, 1 Michelin star...A cuisine orchestrated by Xavier Isabal who has put his personality into dishes that have always been revisited with art, from excellent local produce and vegetables from the garden, to perfect cooking and blending. A few examples, the menu evolves according to the season: foie gras of duck half-cooked apple from the garden, lean line snacked, Tonka chocolate finger... Very nice wine and armagnac menu. Under the watchful eye of the master of ceremonies, Stéphane Isabal, who manages the room successfully. A place where you feel good.

Closed weekly on Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime except from mid-July to the end of August. Reservation recommended. Seasonal menu: 48 €. Tasting menu : 4 courses : 72 €. 6 courses : 92 €.
