Basque house with a superb terrace offering attentive service and dishes that favour local cuisine.
Always magical this beautiful Basque house. Superb lounge and antique furniture, collections of whiskies, armagnac... And the serious stuff in the plate, with the Dottax brothers, one in the kitchen and the other in the dining room. The dishes favor a perfectly prepared local cuisine with that little extra that makes the difference, in the agreements, the precision of the flavors, the presentations. Marinated pink trout from Banka, pan-fried duck foie gras, monkfish with porcini mushrooms from the Basque Country, chocolate and raspberry sorbet... Attentive service. Superb terrace... a moment out of time!
