Always a magical Basque home. Superb lounge and antique furniture, collection of whiskies, armagnacs... And the food is superb, with the Dottax brothers, one in the kitchen and the other in the dining room. The dishes are perfectly prepared local cuisine, with that little something extra that makes all the difference, in the harmony, precision of flavors and presentation. Marinated Banka pink trout, pan-fried duck foie gras, double-cooked squab, all-chocolate texture, raspberry-piquillo sorbet. Attentive service. Superb terrace... a moment out of time.
