This beautiful Michelin-starred establishment also offers a friendly Côté Bistrot with a shaded terrace. The menu features daily specials and some of the house's best-sellers: zucchini gazpacho with mint from the garden; langoustine bisque and fish of the day, vegetable tartine; Big Manex (house burger), Fontainebleau with seasonal fruit, homemade Basque cake... Dishes that vary according to season and arrivals, thanks to chef Xavier Isabal, who has brought a touch of originality to this bistro. Perfect welcome and service.
