Timothé Caron, passionate about this beverage, has been working in this field for about ten years. After having passed through Paris and California, this globetrotter came back to his native region to open his wine cellar in order to make customers discover products that cannot be found everywhere. You will be able to buy (and taste) wines of all kinds from all over the world.

The Maison Chochois butcher's shop is located on the first floor, with a bay window and a real laboratory where you can see the artisanal work being carried out. Traditional, locally-sourced meats are used to avoid carbon footprints, with seasonal preparations. The meats are matured on site, and the butcher's shop offers charcuterie and delicatessen dishes prepared by the restaurant. Don't hesitate to visit or place an order, which can be collected until 10.30pm on weekdays and before 1pm on Sundays.
