Contemporary restaurant and rotisserie offering vegetarian and fish dishes for non-vianders in Arras.

Le Silex is a brand new contemporary rotisserie run by Charlotte and Mathieu. As you enter, two imposing rotisseries spin behind the counter: the tone is set! At Le Silex, you won't only get roasted free-range chicken! Suckling pig shoulder (for 2 people), New Zealand lamb, ribs on the bone, etc. Everything is homemade, from the appetizer to the dessert. The menu will evolve in order to work only with local producers. And for the non meat eaters, a vegetarian dish and a fish are always present on the menu.

Alors la, je suis IMPRESSIONNÉE ! Nous avons prit les ribs d’agneau et de bœuf : succulents ! La viande super tendre et bien marinée ! Une très bonne entrée aussi, et le dessert, magnifique !
Un repas excellent au centre d’Arras.
N’oubliez pas de réserver, c’est toujours complet !
