The need is that you do not need to adapt to the schedule: you are free to come when you feel good. A personal appointment with the coach will be offered to you to determine the program that best suits you. Curves is a fitness program consisting of a 30-minute exercise, including warm, aerobics, muscle reinforcement, relaxation and stretching. The nine machines, arranged in circles around the coach, adapt to each other's muscles. Collective classes of zumba are also offered.
