In premises completely refurbished at the end of 2010, this temple of form and wellness offers you on more than 800 m 2, about 140 courses per month in muscle reinforcement (body work, ATF, power bar, stepn'sculpt, etc.) or cardio-vascular (biking, hi-low body attack, zumba, etc.), as well as courses in stretching. All of them exempt, as required by law, from graduates. For solo training enthusiasts, also a camera room of all kinds. And, to relax after all these efforts, why not a little tour in the sauna? A pleasant and tonic home!

Listed since a few months there and at all in agreement with the previous comments. The staff is very nice, I was taken in addition to charge some quickly by one with buses and my arrival for an assessment forms and a departure program, classes are varied and structured, the room is clean. When children indeed there is from time to time and I find that belonged to the friendly spirit of this club. I recommend; -)

Good level of classes, much in hours and different activities. No regard for members apart from a circle of friends, or of correction of the movements you can be very mall. During the vacation hours modified without being able to have it outside the room or access.

Note that there is a commitment of several months during inscription, average must. The facilities are recent, the room is clean. Do not expect " coachs" who either make their classes, or slaps chat with patrons. Never one tours of the room to help or the needs, when you ask you feel to disturb them. It also should know that during the classes some adherent come with their children, who run in the room while you your sport, children are also short Prof they nursery if you want it;) You can however count on members who will help you happily.
