MARCHÉ DE DUNKERQUE
The Dunkirk market is held twice a week, on Saturdays and Wednesdays. The market, which has moved several times, extends mainly over the Place du Général de Gaulle, the Rue des Sœurs-Blanches and the Cours François-Bart. It has between 130 and 160 stalls (depending on the season) on Saturdays (and around 60 stalls on Wednesday mornings), and offers all types of businesses, especially small-scale producers. At carnival time, several stalls offer everything you need to renovate your clet'che (disguise) or put together your own panoply.
