Serge Gayrard, an artisan baker well known to the locals, opened this bakery on the road to Villefranche-de-Rouergue on the outskirts of Cahors at the end of 2020. A true enthusiast of his trade, he makes home-made bread and pastries, and make no mistake about it: get out of the shops of industrial chains! However, the choice is there, with a beautiful range of special breads (we prefer Nordic breads) but also pastries and sandwich formulas for lunch on the go. Special offers are available all year round.
