Trained as a pastry chef, Jérôme Moulinou became a pastry chef from the Lot department after his training at the Lycée Hôtelier de Souillac, a reference in the profession. After a career in the restaurant business, he opened his own shop in Cahors "Lilu" as a tribute to his two daughters Lina and Lucine. In 2021, he was a candidate for the title of "Best Bakery in France". In his bakery, the bread is crispy and the pastries are a hit!
