As the name suggests, La Canarderie specializes in fattened duck, the king of the South-West. Connoisseurs will appreciate the diversity of products on offer: foie gras with figs, trio of foies gras, whole foie gras with truffles or black salt and Sichuan pepper... Foie gras is also available in confit, canned or simply fresh: aiguillettes, sausages, tournedos, not forgetting the inevitable magret... For a festive evening, a special occasion or simply as a gift, La Canarderie creates gourmet baskets combining solids and liquids.

Toulouse is pink... but also purple! Moored on the Canal du Midi at the top of the Allées Jean Jaurès, it is a barge that houses the Maison de la Violette. On board, a space dedicated to the emblematic flower of Toulouse with its delicate perfume. A small exhibition evokes its history. A few steps lead to a tasting table. Products are on sale. On the left: teas, chocolates, sugared almonds but also salts, jellies and mustards. On the right: soaps, candles, perfume waters... You can even leave with a violet plant. Deliciously vintage.
