Did you know that the city of Toulouse had a vineyard on its territory? Welcome to the Domaine de Candie, located southwest of the city. A medieval brick castle surrounded by a large park and a lake. The agricultural estate cultivates 25 hectares of vines whose grapes are vinified under the appellation of Vin du comté Tolosan in addition to 273 hectares devoted to field crops. You can buy grape juice and organic wines made from Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay and Mauzac grapes.

Harvest time combines the pleasure of good wines with that of good food. A fresh and tasty menu of the day, made from local produce, is accompanied by a glass of wine carefully selected from the shelves of bottles from vineyards that favour natural, organic and biodynamic wines. For 15 years, this wine shop has become a reference address. Tasting evenings, meetings with winemakers equally passionate about the alchemy of grape varieties and blends are regularly organised. The setting has the charm of the old-fashioned stalls, it is in unison with the passion for the divine bottle which here occupies the place of a divine queen!

This former district wine cellar was completely relookée in December 2004. Small tasting lounge, club chairs and especially good wines! Here the opening is: 15 countries represented and small producers. With no less than 200 references, the thermometer uncovers you with very pleasant wines by going directly to the producers. Tasting evenings are organised for groups of 10 people. The main idea of the Thermometer is to develop the senses, also you will find regional, Asian and handicraft products.

For 30 years, the Cave Spirituelle has been inviting us to discover wines and spirits from the four corners of the wine-growing world with the same communicative enthusiasm. Do you have any questions? They have the answers! Like any passionate cellar, the search for local products is also an increased motivation, especially in the spirits department. Apart from magnificent armagnacs and sumptuous cognacs, the whisky card is the French touch, sometimes with a stamp made in Occitania! The racks change with the harvest and the winemaking process. Organic is more and more present, to drink good and healthy... in moderation, of course!

La Boutique des Vins celebrated its fortieth anniversary in 2022. Forty years of family history, but above all forty years of loyalty on the part of Toulousians for a store that is naturally established in the most gourmet of neighborhoods. All the vineyards of France are represented, with a fine selection of organic wines, including champagnes. Many other territories far from our borders can also be discovered and enjoyed.

With 600 wine references in total, between 20 and 30 references per region of France, the vinothek carries its name. It is one of the largest wineries in Toulouse! Without forgetting the many wine riches of our beautiful country, the Vinothek team chose to highlight the authenticity of wines from the South, Mediterranean and Pyrenean. With passion for forgotten grape varieties, their credo is to find "pleasure" wines in France and Spain for all budgets. 15 years later, adventures in discovery; they arrived in San Lucas, south of the Iberian peninsula. Along the way, friendships linked with Spanish winemakers of 63 "denominacion de origen" and they tasted for us 73 endemic varieties. Soil, authentic aromas to return to the honor in your glasses, for you also to leave your palate in the discovery of new flavours. In this incredible place, the experience of tastes and colours will leave you stunned, finally, between two glasses!

Lacrima Vini Rive gauche, in the lively Saint-Cyprien district. Although their primary activity remains that of wine merchant, their knowledge of wines and sharing the pleasure of tasting have led them to specialize in oenology evenings. Once or twice a week, an appointment is made between 8pm and 10:30pm around a theme (Rhums, Bordeaux wines, wine and food pairings...) and cheese and charcuterie boards to soak up the alcoholic fumes! Wines and spirits will no longer hold any gustatory secrets for you, but the magic of alchemy will!

Crossing the threshold of La Source is an experience that awakens all the senses, as the place is sublime and unexpected. Anthony, its creator, works on the exceptional. The place offers a fine selection of wines, champagnes and a very rich spirits menu: over six hundred references from all over the world! Small microbrewery becomes big... La Garonnette has taken up residence in Portet. Benjamin and Jonathan are pioneers when it comes to microbreweries, having created their own back in 2015. It remains true to its ideal: 100% Made in France foam and 100% artisanal know-how. The malt comes from Issoudun, the bottles are made in Gaillac, the labels in Toulouse, the yeast comes from Bordeaux and the hops are grown in Alsace. Whether brown, blond, red or special, these beers are served at many tables in Toulouse, and can even be served at your own table if you stock up at the brewery's boutique.

François Trauque has installed his boutique place des Carmelites allowing you to discover new flavours: this is the tasting realm. Thanks to an innovative process invented by an Italian smart, a bottle of wine can keep several weeks after being opened. It is therefore always possible to try before buying here, especially since you can benefit from the best advice from the boss: ripe fruit, spices, citrus fruits, heady aromas… there are for all tastes! You only have to obtain a magnetic card that you can credit the desired amount: it will then be debited for your tasting… A simple solution to quickly become a émérite émérite! The cellar is rich in large wines as well as wine of land and you can taste the new Beaujolais signed Charmet or Escausses, a Gevrey-Chambertin "In Fields" Denis Mortet 2008, like in the Champagne Bollinger champagne or a magnificent Castle Yquem 1998!
