Toulouse is pink... but also purple! Moored on the Canal du Midi at the top of the Allées Jean Jaurès, it is a barge that houses the Maison de la Violette. On board, a space dedicated to the emblematic flower of Toulouse with its delicate perfume. A small exhibition evokes its history. A few steps lead to a tasting table. Products are on sale. On the left: teas, chocolates, sugared almonds but also salts, jellies and mustards. On the right: soaps, candles, perfume waters... You can even leave with a violet plant. Deliciously vintage.
