In the heart of the "Les Terrasses" area, this epicurean cellar offers a selection of owner-grower wines (500 references), cheeses from La Cloche à Fromage, charcuterie from Corsica and the Basque country, spirits, beers and delicatessen products - everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal! At lunchtime, you can enjoy traditional local cuisine on the premises. The house also offers workshops on rum, wine and cheese pairings, whisky and food, and more. All you have to do is put together your own platter!

This is one of Sarrebourg's finest gourmet addresses, with a tea and coffee room, a restaurant serving daily specials and burgers, and above all a well-stocked wine cellar, with wines and spirits including local ones such as whisky and brandies made from raspberry, pear, mirabelle plum, quetsche, quince, kirsch, apple and even gewurztraminer marc. There's also a choice of liqueurs with distinctive flavours: gingerbread, red fruit, woodruff. All from the Quintessence distillery in Harreberg. You'll even find a sake on the shelves.
