I discovered at by chance, returning from dinner of Saint Sylvestre. As for the bread, I get to 100% the opinion of Jeanclode, it is " to fall by terre". Finally TRUE bread, cooked, airy, it is a delight, including cheese. Saint Mihielois do not know delighted to enjoy each day to have this bread with their table! With not miss if you go to Saint Mihiel!
