Renowned for its quality, Thiébaut joined the Mengin group in 2022. Pastry chef Jonathan Weber took over from André Thiébaut, who retired. The Mengin patisserie-chocolaterie is located near Nancy's central market. It offers a fine selection of homemade chocolates and sweet treats.
