located in Blandan, the Lalonde family's motto "You can only make good with very good" is followed to the letter. Nathalie conveys a taste for old-fashioned confectionery, refinement and quality. In her childlike boutique, you can admire her delicious and colorful creations: bergamots, charlestines, palets d'or, florentins, mirabelles in marzipan, old-fashioned praline truffles or gluten-free entremets, as well as fresh sandwiches on demand and a catering service. The breads are delicious!

Owner's Message
Founded in 1901 by Albert LALONDE in Nancy, the LALONDE company has passed on its know-how from father to son, and today from father to daughter.
Albert was succeeded by 2 of his sons, Jean & Roger LALONDE, who separated in 1937.
In 1950, Roger's son Michel took over the chocolate-making business, then developed the LALONDE patisserie.
In 1975, Jean sold his business on Rue St Dizier in Nancy (54) to a successor from Moselle, who retained the LALONDE brand without any family ties.
In 1993, Nathalie LALONDE, Michel's daughter, took over the reins and developed the catering business
(cocktail lunches and meal trays).
Since 2000, the Nathalie LALONDE product range has been manufactured exclusively at 242, Avenue Général Leclerc in Nancy, Meurthe et Moselle (54), and sold on site as well as in the city center inside Nancy's Marché Couvert (opposite Ets MARCHAND).
Today, the tradition of good taste is still carefully preserved: The raw materials are still carefully selected, and the great classics for which Maison LALONDE is renowned are still in the spotlight, such as : Le Suprême for pastries, handmade bergamots, Charlestines, palets d'Or, florentins and mirabelles pâte d'amandes alcool for chocolate confectionery.
