Seen from the outside, since the surrounding night, this large glass-panelled bar has a look at the softness of these lights, with beams of orange and blue competing in the rainbow. Inside, the same softness emerges and we are moving. Warm mahogany hues, brilliant chrome and mirror, comfortable leather invite us to relax. The cocktails are warm, the many whiskies, the superb rums and the service equal to those qualifiers. For a fiesta, head to Varadero, where the partygoer is immersed in the Cuban atmosphere. At the bar, you'll find house mojitos, piña coladas and trinadas, not to mention shooters.
