For ten years, the Bouny couple and their son have been delighting regulars and visiting customers alike with regional specialties and inventive dishes: butternut ravioli with orange sauce, roasted langoustines and bisque flambéed in cognac, Limousin sirloin steak on a spit with bacon, old-fashioned veal blanquette, hake aiguillettes with black balsamic sauce... Hearty dishes, served with a smile in a beautiful stone room. Everyone wants to go, so make a reservation!
