Little chocolate is a real institution in Limoges and the other point of sale of the excellent Piquet Pastry, located in Denis-Dussoubs square. Here you will find the old specialities whose reputation is not dément but also more recent creations because Franck Piquet likes to invent and renew himself. Here you will find the essential worldly (meringue to almonds, chocolate foam) or fashion (strawberry, lemon, hazelnuts). The chocolate worked is pure cocoa butter and homemade ice (mango, litchi), sherbet pies, Brazilian (coffee, chantilly) are all excellent. It may be regrettable, however, that sometimes a somewhat cold welcome.
