"Chez Renard is much more than a bakery: it's a den of organic, artisanal flavors. All the breads are fermented using only "Bob"... a 29-year-old sourdough. A passionate craftsman, Sylvain Thévenard has his own values: old-fashioned farmer's flours, no additives, no yeast. The result is magnificent sourdough breads, fluffy brioches, crisp viennoiseries and seasonal pastries. The welcome is warm, and each product is an invitation to indulge. A must for lovers of good, beautiful and organic food!
