The baby madeleines are manufactured in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche since the 1870 s. Today in Saint-Maurice-les-Brousse, the company led by Christophe Brouillet opened a store in the centre of Limoges. There are all the flavours of the brand: madeleines to orange or chocolate, the caprices of the Limousin to fruit or sweet-salted for aperitif. Local products, appreciated by Limougeauds always.
