Farmers Saveurs is fair trade at the local level. The Masloubier (also known as the Ceramic) is one of the two outlets of the city. All products come directly from about limousines farms (mainly High-Vienna but also Corrèze). Their profiles are available on the store's website. Meat, sausages, fresh fruit and vegetables, season, cheese and dairy products, beer, wine, cider, fruit juice, herbal teas, breads, pains products, etc. Here is the provenance of each food. This agricultural cooperative brings together farmers who are anxious to defend responsible agriculture (and organic for some). It is not uncommon to see them in stores to invite customers to visit their farms and explain their methods of production. Prepared dishes are cooked in a food shop on the ground. The sales area is pleasant to travel, the stalls always in order. The Masloubier store is less well stocked than the Mauvendière store.
