This is where the best coffee in the region is served. Philippe, who trained as a roaster and barista (a barista is to coffee what a sommelier is to wine), invites you to share his passion and know-how. Grinding, dosing and extraction are fine-tuned to reveal every aroma. On the counter, the top of the range percolator, La Marzocco GB5, is used for the percolation of your choice: ristretto, espresso or longo. You can also enjoy breakfast, homemade sweets, buy coffee or take part in a workshop.
