Comme je vous l'ai dit de vive voix, si la viande ne vous convenait pas il suffisait de me le faire savoir quand je suis passé voir si la cuisson vous convenait. Nous aurions fait le nécessaire à ce moment-là sans aucun soucis. Vous avez malheureusement attendu que je débarrasse votre assiette, dont il ne restais rien d'autre de votre entrecôte que la fine lamelle de gras présente sur cette pièce de viande. Vous n'avez exprimé votre mécontentement qu'au moment de l'addition où je ne vous ai pas fait de remise sur le plat que vous aviez entièrement consommé.
