The frame is amazing, we are in a factory that manufactures and bottles excellent beer. White, blonde, amber, brown, to eat on site or to take in bottles of 50 cl, mini-drums of 5 l (blonde or amber) and even on reservation in drums (except white) of 20 l and 30 l by drawing system. As for home whisky, it is so good that the stock is falling fast. Inside the hotel, you can dine indoors in large tables near this sparkling inox décor or, in the summer, on the terrace in calm and in full nature. On the whole menu is house, gourmandes gourmet (seven different toppings), five kinds of delicious flammekueches, some salads and speciality salmon smoked and prepared to the beer yeast. Accompanied by toasté bread, fresh cream, lemon, and salt from Guérande, it off many unconditional. Three desserts still at the meeting: flammekueche apple-cinnamon or banana banana and famous waffle. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
