The Ponticaud is always the right small address of the neighborhood it bears. The small tiles are still there, the pleasant terrace. The reception is warm. Lunch is always a lively moment. All the craftsmen who have shipyards in the corner give their appointment. You'll be served a little family kitchen without pretensions but roborative, not gastronomy, it's safe, but it's honest and the tariffs charged are always reasonable. A good address for one of these relaxation between friends who slip on the meal and end up at the counter with coffee.

Low season: open Monday to Wednesday from 8am to 8pm; Thursday to Saturday from 8am to 11pm. Summer period open Sunday until 11pm, and Wednesday too. Menu from €13 to €16.50 (1st menu been used for midday Monday to Friday. €2 served evening and weekend). Card: Around €25. Wine by the glass. Chèque Restaurant. Groups welcome (up to 30 people approximately). Terrace.

Accueil chaleureux, nous sommes pris en charge très courtoisement du début à la fin. Les plats sont du terroir et frais. Le rapport qualité / prix est là.

I knew ponticaud described by sly little minx... update could be served so I disappointing cuisine " " time; the former owner. Today, the menu was attractive (£10), but we were disappointed by the content of the dishes. Poor quality ingredients (and andouille that does not forgive!), industrial sauce, unsuited cooking (mashed potato salad). Moreover, no gesture " commercial" the discovery of a piece of plastic in sausage or the signs of " animal suspecte" on the wall and chair behind us. Large disappointment. Never mind, I would have a nostalgic memory of the walnut stew pork cheek...

I back in this restaurant bar on the banks of comes because I learned the change from owner.
it must be said that the old was all except what the sly little minx mentions...
as far as the meal we have nothing to blame because for lunch at 12€ starter, main course, choice of desserts plus coffee nothing to say and quality is actually we have group meals regularly.
the rather nice welcome and they keep the menu evenings from Thursday for 15€ with starter, main course, dessert, coffee.
according to the inhabitants in the present next to us it stays time that changes district now this gives has to live.

Although the terrace is pleasant in the summer, the service is friendly, but the rest is nothing longer see the censor of Petit Futé! The menu is available at noon (12€ for dishes you can not ordinary, terrine countryside or laminated provençal barely mounted, fish white sauce heated with microwave and rice, pork chops porkbutcher, a mention however for appropriate desserts), the Thursday or Saturday evening only (depending on the waitress), in short, a large disappointment, but what Petit Futé does not seem to know, it is that the owner changed since June 2010. I threw a look at the menu, a better, but all the main courses mentioned in critics, and the prices rather " replets" (15€ on average for a dish). On the other hand is very well for a " meal ouvrier".
