No doubt, you enter here in a limougeaude institution. Bistro atmosphere, archi-full at noon (book!), a service that will change, ultra-efficient. The map, combined with the suggestions of the day, balaie without false notice the panoply of traditional dishes, executed by master Christophe Laroudie. There are many who are not mistaken. . of pig feet, kidney kidney and a tiramisu sparkling of raspberry in dessert. This is a suggestion to the map we liked. But we could also have gone to the tempting and fresh fish coming from the studios (stuffed carpet, fraîches, raw tuna, etc.) as to the meat of Limousin whose beef coast is the must.
