LE CHEVERNY
Restaurant in a bright setting offering delicious cuisine.
A discreet entrance, a bright setting, attentive service, delicious cuisine, this is the Cheverny that welcomes us into its living room, its large terrace with a pleasant view, and its vast and pretty room with a contemporary look. It must be said, since 1986, we can only applaud Marie-Christine and Didier Palard for their kindness and the care they bring to their services. Master Restorer Didier Palard ensures the quality of the ingredients of a homemade cuisine where the traditional blend of a zest of originality is combined with refined and generous dishes. The menu evolves with the rhythm of the seasons and gives priority to the region's flagship products (Limousin beef in all its forms, Label rouge farm calf, foie gras and poultry Didier Cotte, ceps, apples, chestnuts), but not only. In fish, a monkfish medallion à la plancha, risotto and chorizo chips, or scallops with bacon, raspberry butter, cabbage cracker with parmesan cheese and fresh spinach. Delicious desserts made "minute" and to order at the beginning of the meal. In the stony cellar of Cheverny, many wines await only to seduce the palates of connoisseurs.
