In an enchanting setting, at the foot of a beautiful pond, this renowned hotel-restaurant offers top-quality services and gastronomic cuisine that has managed to maintain its Michelin star. Chef Pierre Bertranet (who has worked in the Parisian kitchens of the Ritz, Drouant and Maxim's) prepares refined dishes that vary with the seasons. A limited menu to offer the best every day, according to the inspiration of the moment. In summer, lunch is served on the terrace. The 16th-century building also houses charming, characterful rooms. Food was very good but lose a star for stale bread (disappointing). Service was very friendly; we felt as though we knew the waiter personally by the time we left! The ambience dining outside as it got dark was enchanting. Needless to say, not inexpensive.

Domaine très agréable avec son plan d'eau, on peut manger en extérieur. Le service est bien coordonné et le personnel très sympathique. Pour conclure, repas excellent et un dessert trop petit tellement c'était bon.
