Le cadre est magnifique et calme. La cuisine est parfaite, les produits sont de grande qualité, les cuissons sont justes et les sauces parfaitement réduites. La cuisine mérite son étoile au Michelin. C'était mieux que bien !

Cadre magnifique pour un déjeuner à la table du moulin au bord de l étang. Pas de tarif formule en semaine le midi, dommage ! Les plats proposés devraient davantage varier selon les saisons. Les toilettes mériteraient un relooking pour un tel établissement .

Très beau site, très calme et reposant surtout en été sur la terrasse au bord du lac. Le menu dégustation est excellent et les produits de qualité. Le personnel est très agréable.

Nous étions venu il y a 7 ans et en avions un très bon souvenir. C’est naturellement que nous avons décidé de revenir au moulin en descendant vers le sud. Nous avons encore une fois été ravis, aussi bien des chambres que de la qualité et de la finesse du repas.

Excellent repas. Copieux et raffiné, un personnel de salle très pro et un très joli cadre. Ma meilleure expérience en Haute-Vienne.

Restaurant situé dans un cadre somptueux.
Le menu dégustation (certes à 125 € par personne) est exceptionnel : Un plaisir pour les yeux, des mets succulents et un personnel aux petits soins. Aucun point négatif à souligner. A recommander sans hésitation.

Un site magnifique, calme et paisible. Deux restaurants de grande qualité, avec un service d'une efficacité remarquable. Les employés sont bienveillants et s'efforcent de vous faire plaisir voire même sourir. On s'y sent comme chez nous. Nous sommes restés 3 jours, c était dur de partir !!!

Food was very good but lose a star for stale bread (disappointing). Service was very friendly; we felt as though we knew the waiter personally by the time we left! The ambience dining outside as it got dark was enchanting. Needless to say, not inexpensive.

Domaine très agréable avec son plan d'eau, on peut manger en extérieur. Le service est bien coordonné et le personnel très sympathique. Pour conclure, repas excellent et un dessert trop petit tellement c'était bon.

Très belle expérience avec un dîner dégustation exceptionnel (125€ sans le vin) dans un très beau cadre simple et tranquille. ( il existe une version plus accessible avec un menu à 42 € qui paraissait déjà très bien)
Le personnel était très attentif et disponible sans être guindé.
Dans les points perfectibles, la chambre avait une décoration un peu désuète et le wifi ne passe pas les murs ( le réseau téléphonique est également difficile)
En revanche douche à l’italienne très bien.
On a eu un très bon moment. Je recommande chaudement.

Very large cuisine, an enchanting setting, the prices are therefore but a pleasure to offer itself once in her life, to enjoy with delicacy.
This touch could seem for some excessive. However, I it maintenances, it is easy to even include patterns while staying here as an only night. I remember this stay email after consulted site, without a priori (no favourable or unfavourable) whereas on some blogs, some commentaries were more than limit. Also, although not expected it seemed to me to provide my most aim appreciations:
- Excellent and warm welcome, on behalf of the Staff and Management.
- Delightful setting, perfectly maintained.
- Charming bedroom, ideally located in small intimate cottage.
- Clean (room, medical and all visible buildings).
- Terrace on the edge of the pond (very nice).
- Excellent and traditional cuisine.
- Royal cheeseboard.
- Welcome and table service, perfectly managed by a very stylish butler, without going until the obsequiousness. Staff ensuring the continuation of the meal with the same celerity and courtesy.
In conclusion, I recommend this highly because the services are excellent, due to the will Management and staff who tools to keep the welcome French, that is quite rare to say it.
Still a useful precision for motorcyclists, holding quite early, by mentioning, motorcycle could be accommodated in a stable closing with keys.
A detour had to us, but after our stay, we are ready and hope to have to do it again. Motorcyclists more than satisfied.
