More than just a wine cellar, Au Cellier is a small haven of happiness hidden away in the heart of Talence. Luigi, the cellar master, selects the vast majority of French wines, but also some sixty foreign nuggets, as well as craft beers and spirits (some of which are alcohol-free). The place is so pleasant that you'll be happy to stay for a drink, or several, in the guinguette-style garden shared with the Mexican restaurant Candela. Evening events (concerts, tastings...) are also on offer.
