Founded in the 1950 s, this family business is now a real institution in the region. From the autumn shine (chocolate foam, hazelnuts and coffee), to the panettone house through the caramel pear, the artisanal chocolates, the house ice and the famous boulders of Bordeaux, the dessert card is continually revisited by the pastry chef. Located close to Saint-Emilion, this boutique is now known and recognized for the quality and flavor of its products.
