In 1973, Daniel Mouty and his wife Françoise breathed new life into the business! The range of Saint-Emilion Grand Cru wines expanded with Château Rambaud and Extrait de Rambaud in the Bordeaux appellation, followed by Château Grand Beauséjour and Cuvée Saint-André, confidential wines in the Pomerol appellation. Their children, Sabine and Bertrand, decided to convert the entire vineyard to organic farming. This led to the opening of the 8-person gîte La Petite Maison, the 100% Chardonnay white cuvée Nouvelle Terre, and many other innovations.
