Established in the port of Marseillan for over 150 years, the famous Maison Noilly Prat offers exclusive access to its heritage and the know-how of its cellar master. Created from the merger of the Agde and Marseillan cooperative wineries, these wineries bring together hundreds of winegrowers. They are renowned for their dry white wines and rosés de terrasse. Among the various sales outlets, La Perle de Thau in Marseillan is a large cellar offering over 250 product references from all over the Occitanie region. An unusual feature is the use of pumps to dispense bulk wine. The winery also offers a wide range of wine-tourism activities, including a "grape tour" of the cellar, workshops and walks...

Tuesday: Big market.

It is a traditional market that livens up all year round in Marseillan-Ville and from mid-June to mid-September in Marseillan-Plage. The friendly and varied stals offer food with local producers who come to sell their vegetable and fruit products and local specialties, but there are also flowers from street vendors and all kinds of items to be hunted in the markets. It is also a great place to discover local life, stroll, discover flavors and new tastes.

Daily market.

This small market is a true treasure, you can find there all kinds of fresh products, a treat for lucky local residents and tourists. It is held throughout the year, under the covered markets of Marseillan-Ville, every Friday and Saturday morning. During the summer season, the market is held daily on Place du Marché of Marseillan-Plage.

Night markets.

In July and August, a craft market is held every Thursday from 7pm to midnight on the harbor of Marseillan-Ville. The traditional market is located on Place du Marché of Marseillan-Plage from 7pm to midnight.

Emmanuel Servant, a talented and passionate chocolatier, makes his creations from a selection of dark chocolate of great origins. He has been awarded several times for his creations with classic or unusual flavors, including the Marseillanais, a specialty with Noilly Prat and nougatine, or the Lavandounes, a crunchy olive and lavender snack to nibble on at snack time or at aperitif time. This passionate chocolatier also organizes visits of his factory and makes real artistic compositions on demand.

Chez Titin is an oyster farm with its feet in the water, nicely decorated, from where you can enjoy a superb view on the Thau lagoon. And it's a good thing: it's here that you can taste seafood just fished nearby. Fresh or grilled oysters and mussels, shrimps and aïoli, mussel brasucade... We accompany our meal with a good glass of local wine and we particularly appreciate the friendly welcome. We also come to Chez Titin for the direct sale of their productions in order to bring back a beautiful plate at home.

This family-run oyster bar invites you to taste the famous Tarbouriech oysters at the producer's premises. You can also order online and pick up your tray on site. Why not take a trip on the oyster barge to discover the unique oyster farming process?

Under the name of the vineyards Montreux de Fages, two men passionate about wine: Guy Rambier and Jacques Turn operate two areas in organic agriculture. One in Gabian, near Pézenas, the other on slopes between Marseillan and Mèze, Bel Air Cross domain. 46 ha produce wines from the countries of oc, including the White Wedding and the Cuvée of Midnight.

This estate, located on the clay-limestone soils of the Thau Basin, now has 42 hectares planted with vines. For generations, the Banq family has cultivated La Madeleine Saint Jean with expertise. The land is home to a wide variety of grape varieties that allow for the production of a range of twelve "Pays d'Oc" wines, some of which are the subject of original and typical blends. This family-run butcher shop, delicatessen and caterer has been in business since 1958. Thanks to its traditional know-how, its small delicatessen dishes and its beautiful grocery shelves in which many products are homemade, the Valette butcher shop has loyal customers. In this store, the welcome is smiling and the team is very helpful. The shop window is well-stocked and there is a wide choice. The house also proposes home-made dishes that you can order, like paella, couscous, stuffed squids...

Entering the Cochon Gourmand means discovering a thousand little wonders to enjoy. Each visit is followed by a oyster tasting with ostréiculteur. Oysters and mussels are also available on a free sale in Mas Oysters, packed in trays of 3, 5, 8, 10 or 15 kg.

Located just steps from the pond of Thau and close to the Mediterranean Sea, the Mas Azaïs Daniel offers you a declination of flat oysters or Bouzigues, but also mussels, clams, sea snails, purple and even sea urchins.

Bordered by palm trees, we notice from far Ki-wi ice cream with its very colorful front. At this address, the shop window gives us a wide choice of ice creams and sorbets concocted by this master ice cream maker, without any artificial coloring or flavoring.
