Emmanuel Servant, a talented and passionate chocolatier, makes his creations from a selection of dark chocolate of great origins. He has been awarded several times for his creations with classic or unusual flavors, including the Marseillanais, a specialty with Noilly Prat and nougatine, or the Lavandounes, a crunchy olive and lavender snack to nibble on at snack time or at aperitif time. This passionate chocolatier also organizes visits of his factory and makes real artistic compositions on demand.

Nous sommes tombés sur deux chocolats avariés, mon avis est qu' il vaut mieux les acheter en boites ou de marque car l'hygiène est un peu plus présente.
Et vu l'accueil du gars, je n'y suis pas retourné.

hygiene leaves has to wish, the main chocolatier is very pleasant, it is true that the ingredients are good but that does not do all. For me is to be avoided.
