MAS ROUCAIROL

Located like the Bouzigues parks on the shores of the Etang de Thau, Mas Roucairol in Marseillan offers guided tours of an oyster farm, tracing every stage from the origin of the oyster to its marketing. Each tour is followed by an oyster tasting with the oyster farmer. Oysters and mussels are also available for over-the-counter sale at Mas Huîtres, packaged in crates of 3, 5, 8, 10 or 15 kg.
