Thus, in Uzès, Nîmes, Anduze, Le Pontet, Saint-Quentin-La-Poterie, Marguerittes and, very recently, Saint-Privat-des-Vieux, the emblematic fishmonger's Clément travels to the four corners of the Gard department to offer us fish of great quality straight from the sea. The fruits of this fishing are bought at the auction of Grau-du-Roi or Sète and put on sale the next morning. The same high standards of quality are applied to our ready-made meals.

sommes ravis de savoir qu'ils sont là au marché d'Anduze toute l'année !!! les produits sont en abondance et vraiment très frais et donc délicieux !! de plus un accueil vraiment très sympathique !!! bref un régal

Dans le Gard quand on parle poisson, on pense marchés et poissonnerie Clément. D'une fraîcheur irréprochable. Des soupes maisons comme avant, et une brandade !!!! Je suis une fan de la brandade, la brandade Clément est la meilleure de la region.
