This is macaron heaven, and Anthony Marandon is the ace in the hole. After a career as a cook, this chef channels all his talent into pastry-making. As a result, he creates over fifty flavors of macaroons, fresh from the oven every day, including a whole range of ephemera that changes with the seasons, like black truffles for example, since we're in his capital. Savory flavors, such as foie gras or tapenade, sit alongside chocolate raspberry or chestnut cream. In the colorful boutique, you can watch the production process in action.
