In collaboration with Patrick Fouquet, master jam maker world champion 2018, Janick Paytra launches in his turn in the making of artisanal jams. He participates for the first time in 2019 in the Confituriades and obtains the gold medal of the Order of Master Jammakers. Janick prepares his jams in his workshop/shop and sources as much as possible in short circuit: mirabelle plums from his village, strawberries from Dordogne, apricots from Roussillon, kiwis from Lot-et-Garonne... A nice souvenir to bring back from Saint-Emilion, to change the wine!

Amazing quality. Bought a few jars when at the shop in November. So good that I had a case of 10 jars shipped home to Sweden. I've loved all the different flavors so far.

Une belle découverte hier au pays des vins. Entrez dans l atelier boutique pour y rencontrer un professionnel passionné, sympathique et de très bons produits. Nous venons de goûter la gelée à la fleur d hibiscus, c est délicieux. Merci pour votre accueil M. Paytra.
