Jérôme Dohet produces a delicious nectar on a 1.3-ha vineyard. Here grape harvest is manual and in small crates. The bunches of grapes have previously been deleafed and selected, arranged and thinned after months of ripening. Do not miss the authentic 1904 press. Small originality: The owner will make you taste his wine in the cellar, where wonderful sculptures keep the barrels. White plaster busts of 1863, and animal representations produced by a friend of the family who comes from Australia. Kangaroo, elephant, bull, cockerel, wild boar, and crocodile will keep you company during tasting.

The holy spirit castle grand cru Ste Emilion 2009 is a pure wonder a true delight in it is less £17. The welcome from the owner is friendly space original tasting! An address really stylish!

We enjoyed 2005 it was an important moment of digne happiness D a grd Pomerol only regret do is that J would have buying more! The 2009 are very successful! Bravo!
