Built in the ^18th century, Château Soutard stands like a behemoth in the middle of a green carpet. Less than a kilometer from the center of Saint-Émilion, the vineyard, located in the heart of the Appellation's limestone plateau, now covers 30 hectares. Château Soutard has developed a wide range of wine tourism activities, including guided tours of varying degrees of detail, a bicycle tour of the vineyard, picnics on the estate prepared by a chef... Château Soutard also houses a charming guest house with three bedrooms.

Magnifique château, riche de son savoir-faire et de la tradition de Saint Emilion. Un vin unique pour un patrimoine architectural à découvrir absolument !

Beautiful Château in Saint-Emilion. We visited it on the day trip from Bordeaux, it's only 10 min walk from old town. The tour was very informative and the tasting of 3 wines great. It's also a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with a view to the wine yards. Highly recommended.

The private tour is a scam. Do not book online because it is anything but private. We booked a “private group tour” which apparently meant there were 3 other “private tour groups” with us.
