3-star restaurant offering refined cuisine requiring proper attire and not allowing pets.

Winner of numerous Michelin stars, chef Yannick Alléno expresses himself through the sublimation of local produce. His refined, modern cuisine is a perfect match for the grape varieties of the Saint-Emilion and Bordeaux regions. Foie gras just poached with Mand Chang pepper (sea urchin tongues and artichoke agnolotti in sauce), back of venison lacquered with rye bread miso (cabbage stuffed with leaves and porcini mushrooms, venison jus with cabbage fermentation), warm chocolate tart with Maury sauce (textured Tahitian vanilla ice cream). Très bel établissement, nous avons beaucoup aimé la suite avec terrasse et jardin, l'intimité qu'elle offrait puisque nous étions les seuls à ce niveau en rez-de-jardin. Offert par mon époux pour mon anniversaire, j'ai apprécié les délicates attentions qui m'ont ont été réservés. Tout était parfait, nous avons diné à La table de Pavie et, là encore, ce fut un ravissement ou quand la cuisine allie le visuel, le récit, le gustatif, l'émotion...une vraie poésie dans l'assiette. The service at this hotel was top notch and the space was very luxurious. Every aspect of our stay was well executed from the helpful and professional staff to the turn down service. We had a great wine tasting experience at Chateau de Pavie booked through the hotel that I highly recommend. I will stay here again if I return to Saint Emilion.
